Cancellations
A 24 hour notice is required or you will be charged the FULL amount of the scheduled appointment. This includes redeeming gift certificates & it will no longer be valid.

No Shows
No shows will be charged the FULL amount of the scheduled appointment. This includes any intended use of a gift certificate and making it no longer valid.

Booking Appointments
A valid credit card must be used to reserve your appointment. Please have your card available at time of appointment as it will be charged after your service.
*The credit card on file will be automatically charged when not complying to the cancellation policy above.
*A transaction fee will be charged to your service with the use of a credit card (price varied by transaction).
*Cash payment is acceptable as well.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, you will only receive the remainder of your allotted time.

Sickness
If you have symptoms of sickness please do not come in. If you have been in contact will someone that had tested positive for COVID-19 do not come in for your scheduled appointment. All COVID-19 regulations and guidelines recommended by the CDC will be followed. Thank you for your consideration.
